Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with 14 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, co‐occurring disorders, attachment injuries, and betrayal trauma. I also have extensive experience helping individuals maintain recovery from substance use disorders. My work centers on helping people understand themselves more deeply, break long‐standing patterns, and heal from experiences that have shaped how they relate to themselves and others. Clients often describe me as calm, compassionate, and genuinely present in a way that helps them feel safe opening up.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma‐informed. I integrate CBT, DBT, attachment‐focused work, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness‐based strategies to help clients understand their patterns, regulate emotions, and build healthier ways of coping and connecting. I balance validation with gentle, thoughtful challenges that support insight and growth. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where we get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your goals, your history, and what you’re hoping to change or feel differently about, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. My role is to listen deeply, help you feel grounded, and start identifying the patterns or challenges that are getting in the way of your wellbeing. By the end of our time together, we’ll have a clearer sense of where we’re headed and what our work together can look like moving forward.
