Great to meet you!

Anxiety, trauma, family conflict, or overwhelming emotions can make life feel harder than it needs to be. You deserve support that meets you where you are. I have over a decade of mental health experience, including foster care, intensive in home services, and family reunification. I especially enjoy working with teens, but I welcome adults, children, and families navigating life’s challenges with compassion and understanding.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, heard, and accepted for who you are. My approach is flexible, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I help you explore trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, family issues, and stress while building healthier coping skills. Whether you are navigating relationships, substance use, or major life changes, we will work together to find practical ways forward.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you are unsure where to begin. You do not need to have everything figured out before meeting with me. Our first session is an opportunity to get comfortable, share what has been weighing on you, and talk about what you hope to change. I will listen without judgment, answer your questions, and help you feel supported as we begin building a path toward healing and growth.
