Great to meet you!

Do you find yourself struggling with managing your day-to-day life, feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to move forward? I'm Kathy, and I specialize in working with adults facing exactly those moments. I'm known for being warm, compassionate, and open-minded, and I create a safe, supportive space where you feel genuinely heard. Drawing on trauma-informed care and approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior

therapy, and mindfulness, I work alongside you to reconnect with your own resilience. I'd love to take that first step with you.

My approach to therapy

I offer an integrative approach that is strengths-based and client-centered, guided by empathy, integrity, and curiosity. My focus on trauma-informed care allows me to support individuals facing complex challenges. I use evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to promote healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to helping you discover your own resilience and resources as we work together toward reaching your goals. In our first session, we'll talk about what's brought you here and what you're hoping to

feel differently about. I'll ask some questions about your life, your background, and your goals, but we'll move at whatever pace feels comfortable for you. You don't need to have it all figured out. By the end, you'll have a clearer sense of where we're headed and what working together will look like.
