Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Kathy Reynolds. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas. I have a Telehealth private practice in Rogers, AR. I graduated from Harding University in 2009 and have over 25 years' experience in the mental health care field. I specialize in Domestic Violence, High Conflict Relationships, Grief, PTSD, and Trauma therapy. I work with older adolescents, adults, families, and couples. My approach with therapy is CBT with some EMDR techniques as well as systems therapy to assist families as a whole. If you are struggling and questioning where to turn, why not set up an appointment with me and together let's empower you to reach your highest potential. I am excited to come along with you on the journey to reach your best self.

My approach to therapy

My approach in working with clients is one of warmth and affirmation. I try to keep an open mind and allow the client to guide the process of therapy so that the client feels heard and seen and actively involved as a part of the treatment team.

What you can expect from me

In my first session with my client, I work on building rapport, getting to know my client, and making them feel comfortable. I gather information and discuss what the client would like to accomplish with therapy and what our treatment goals should be. I encourage my clients to be actively involved in their healing and work directly with their goals to create a safe and healthy space for the client to grow.
