Great to meet you!

With more than 20 years of experience, I have helped adults, children, and families navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. I hold both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Social Work and believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I see therapy as a partnership, where you set the direction and I provide support, guidance, and encouragement along the way.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins with feeling safe, understood, and accepted. My goal is to partner with you in a supportive, collaborative environment where we can work through life's challenges, build on your strengths, and help you move toward the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin creating a plan that meets your needs. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the very beginning.
