Great to meet you!

I’m a down-to-earth therapist who believes real healing happens through genuine connection. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff, clinical, or intimidating—I show up as a real human, and I invite you to do the same. My style is informal, compassionate, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. We can laugh when it’s helpful, sit quietly when things feel heavy, and talk honestly about what you’re going through without pressure to “stay positive” or have it all figured out.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I’m less interested in labels and quick fixes, and more interested in understanding who you are, what matters to you, and what feels hardest right now. Therapy with me is about building trust, finding steadiness in uncertainty, and helping you reconnect with yourself—at your own pace, in your own way.

What you can expect from me

In our initial sessions, I hope to take time to get to know you, explore meaningful aspects of your past, and understand your hopes for the future. Together, we’ll establish shared goals and determine the most effective way for us to work collaboratively.
