Great to meet you!

I've been involved in the helping profession for over ten years helping my clients through seasons of adjustment issues, relationship concerns, time management and goal-setting, career counseling, anxiety and depression. I consider it a privilege to share a space of vulnerability with my clients and value the time we spend together.

My approach to therapy

One goal I have for our time together is that the work we complete in our counseling sessions to transcend into your everyday life. Although at times this could feel overwhelming and uncomfortable, I hope to encourage you and highlight your accomplishments every step of the way. It is also important for you to remember that some of the changes we make will be small and easily done, but others may not be as easy, and will require a little time.

What you can expect from me

We will spend some time reviewing the goals, focal points, and methods that we will reach these goals. We will also talk about other factors affecting our time together, such as how much time we will devote to each counseling session.
