Great to meet you!

I am captivated by the strength of the human spirit and the inherent wisdom of our bodies & minds. I assist others in knowing their basic goodness by practicing self-compassion, developing skills for being with, honoring & moving through life’s challenges. I've been through many difficult struggles in my own life & I know it's hard to trust that there is a way through. I understand how much courage it takes to commit to this work. I look forward to being your ally on this incredible journey.

My approach to therapy

Learning the tools you need to walk a path of healing and fulfillment are essential and unfortunately not something taught in most people's upbringing. I use a combination of methods depending on your needs such as Somatic Techniques, EMDR, Neuroscience, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My approach comes from a transpersonal lens where I hold space for all the parts of your body, mind and spirit.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to almost always feel better after our sessions. I show up with full presence, guiding you to drop into the moment and connect what you are experiencing in your body. I often work experientially, pausing to practice a tool that might benefit you or use somatic work to process stored emotion. After session I follow up by recording any skills we introduced into a skills card for you to reference as you take this work home to practice until our next session.
