Great to meet you!

I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique story. I work with people across all stages of life who are navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, or feeling disconnected from themselves. My goal is to help you rebuild safety, rediscover connection, and move toward a more grounded, authentic sense of self. Alongside traditional therapy, I also offer Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, which can provide a meaningful, body-centered way to explore healing and self-awareness.

My approach to therapy

My work integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), blending evidence-based skills with an emphasis on self-compassion and embodiment. I believe that healing happens when all parts of you—your emotions, thoughts, and body—are acknowledged and cared for. Whether through talk therapy or working with horses, I aim to create a collaborative and attuned space that helps you develop insight, strengthen regulation, and foster genuine transformation.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about beginning to build a foundation of safety and trust. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and what support feels most helpful for you. You can expect a calm, welcoming environment—whether via telehealth or in the barn—where there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. Together, we’ll begin mapping out your goals and identifying tools to help you feel more resourced as we move forward in the therapeutic process.
