Great to meet you!

Welcome!

If you hope to slow down for an hour to ask deep questions, commit to your values, increase your self compassion, and rewrite your narrative, I am here to help you through that process.

I work alongside individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, perinatal challenges, relationship concerns, and grief. I am also passionate about working with clients who have experienced intimate partner violence and sexual violence. I am a clinical social worker licensed in Maine and Rhode Island, holding a Master of Social Work from the University of New England.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative approach to therapy. There is room for humor and joy in this space, and creative expression and processing is welcomed. Above all, I value your sense of emotional safety. I take a mixed modality approach to our sessions, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, as well as incorporating mindfulness, grounding techniques and somatic tools.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another, to lay the groundwork for safe collaboration, and to begin to explore your story. I recognize that this can be overwhelming, so we will take our time. During our first sessions, the two of us will establish goals for our time together. In sessions to follow, we will begin to explore your experience, build tools for communication, coping, and growth, and start to reframe your narrative from a place of self compassion.

I invite you to reach out if you have any questions about working together.
