Great to meet you!

I combine my Masters in Counseling/ Emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and training in EMDR, with my background as a dancer and Qigong instructor, to address each client's issues as the individual that they are.

My approach to therapy

I explore collaboratively with clients to find the tools most useful to each person. I think I was born to help heal trauma, especially early and complex trauma. Having lived in several cultures, I am interested in cross-cultural issues. I support many people in creative work and performance of all kinds. I am especially useful to Highly Sensitive People and Empaths.

What you can expect from me

The "stuck" aspect(s) of our lives can be in the story we tell ourselves, or in the nervous system, or in the body's own memory. Through befriending difficult parts of the self by enlisting existing strengths, known or unknown, clients can become integrated, empowered, and whole.
