Great to meet you!

In the last 15 years I have had the privilege to work with people across various ages, races, cultures, backgrounds, and identities. In the last 5 years I’ve worked largely with young adults, college and graduate students, and new professionals managing high levels of academic demand, professional demands, and the intense pressures that come with working in the helping professions or in the medical field.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strength-based, holistic, and largely focuses on using mindfulness-based practices. I especially appreciate CBT, DBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused frameworks. I want to help you avoid the negative effects that living with prolonged depression, anxiety, or conflict can have on you, and help you avoid experiencing burnout, unnecessary health issues, or losing meaningful relationships.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a collaborative process. I approach therapy sessions as authentically as possible in hopes that you will feel more comfortable being your most authentic self too. Together, we'll discuss your goals and figure out how to make the best use of our time together. I believe that everyone has the strength already in themselves to overcome challenges, sometimes we all need help reminding ourselves of our strengths, or uncovering new strengths we didn’t know we had.
