Great to meet you!

I'm Katrina Hockey, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of ThriveLine: Telepsychiatry and Mental Wellness, PLLC. I specialize in trauma-informed, compassionate psychiatric care delivered via secure telehealth to patients across Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. I bring over a decade of healthcare experience—ranging from correctional psychiatry and outpatient care to private practice and substance use treatment. I’m passionate about walking alongside clients as they reclaim their mental health and move from surviving, to thriving — together.

I offer a deeply collaborative, judgment-free space where we explore what’s going on in your life, what matters most to you, and what kinds of treatment will actually support your goals. I believe that psychiatric care should meet you where you are—and support who you’re becoming.

My approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in a trauma-informed and holistic approach, meaning I consider the full context of your mental health—not just symptoms or diagnoses. Whether you're navigating stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, substance use recovery, or perinatal mental health concerns, we work together to build a treatment plan that fits your life. This includes thoughtful medication management, honest discussions about what’s working (and what isn’t), and coordination with your therapist or primary care provider if needed.

My role isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to partner with you, with empathy and evidence-based tools, as you move toward feeling more grounded, connected, and in control.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling seen, supported, and better equipped to manage their challenges. You can expect a space where your voice matters, your preferences are respected, and your growth is the focus. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and create a treatment plan that reflects your needs—not just a diagnosis.

Whether you’re seeking help for the first time or restarting your journey, I meet you with respect, curiosity, and the belief that healing is possible.
