Great to meet you!

Helping others is my passion, and I am committed to supporting clients from all walks of life. I work with adolescents, teens, adults, families, and individuals navigating pre- or post-incarceration challenges. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Oklahoma, which has prepared me to serve diverse clients with compassion and skill. I believe everyone matters, has their own path to travel, and has something meaningful to contribute to life. My goal is to meet clients where they are and help them move toward a better quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in meeting each person where they are. I provide an open, nonjudgmental space where clients can work through life challenges, behavioral struggles, and difficult experiences without fear of being dismissed or misunderstood. Together, we focus on identifying obstacles, building coping skills, and creating actionable steps toward positive change. I believe in helping clients find balance, build resilience, and work toward healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life. No matter your age, background, gender, or race, I am ready to support you through the tough issues that may be holding you back.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where they can begin sharing their story openly. We will talk about the challenges that brought you to counseling, the areas where you feel stuck, and the changes you hope to make. My goal is to understand your unique experiences, strengths, and needs so we can begin creating a path forward together. I focus on helping clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable from the start. By the end of the session, you can expect more clarity and an initial direction for the work ahead.
