Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, non-judgmental care where you feel truly heard. With a foundation as an intensive care nurse, I bring deep clinical expertise paired with a calm, thoughtful approach to navigating life’s emotional challenges. I believe healing happens through collaboration—working side by side to understand your story, explore meaningful solutions, and build a plan that feels supportive and empowering.

My approach to therapy

My style is open, empathetic, and grounded in genuine connection. Whether you’re seeking clarity, stability, or a space to simply exhale, my goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and in control of your mental wellness journey.
