Great to meet you!

I received my Master of Social work from Texas Woman's University and have been practicing for 4 years. Since graduate school, I have worked in inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings, higher education, and private practice. I am excited to use my experience and tailor our conversations to your needs!

My approach to therapy

You are the expert of you! I will stay by your side as we explore patterns that no longer serve you and navigate new ways of coping, healing, and connecting. I strive to offer reassurance and opportunity to reconnect to yourself - to feel tethered! I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, grief, and life transitions that result in overwhelm and disconnect.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step can feel like a giant leap. Together we will develop goals that feel meaningful and attainable for you. Whenever you are ready, I will meet you where you are!
