Great to meet you!

Hello there! Whether you are new to therapy or returning, I would be happy to walk with you on your therapy journey. Sometimes we feel a little lost and are unsure where to begin. These feelings can be overwhelming and discouraging. For the past five years I have enjoyed working in private practice with people who may be similar to you. People navigating through anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, relationship issues, challenges regulating emotions, and more.

My approach to therapy

Sitting in a therapy office can be scary, so I do my best to create a calm, comforting, and non-judgmental space for you to express and explore what brings you to therapy. I strive to meet each client where they are at during their therapy journey. Therapy can be hard as it may challenge you and push you outside of your comfort zone. At times I may be direct, just know you are not alone during this journey and I am here to help support you.

What you can expect from me

First sessions can feel daunting, scary, or overwhelming. Heck, you may be feeling all of those things. I strive on creating a warm, relaxed environment. If you do not know your goals, that's ok, we can work together to see what those may look like for you. Remember, this is your journey, and although I may challenge you and push you out of your comfort zone, YOU get to set the boundaries. After all, this is your journey.
