Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Kayla!

I'm so glad you've made it to my page and hope we can work together to empower you through whatever struggle you may be facing.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and received my Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. I have practiced social work since graduating with my Bachelors in 2009 and my Masters in 2012.

I am trauma informed and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, end of life issues, ADHD and autism.

My approach to therapy

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in solution focused, trauma-informed care. With an eclectic approach to therapy, I offers support to individuals dealing with trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. I also specialize in the context of foster care and adoption. As a Christian therapist, I integrate faith-based perspectives into my practice to support individuals in aligning their spiritual beliefs with their healing journey.

What you can expect from me

I hope to provide a nurturing environment for all involved parties, assisting you in developing healthy relationships, promoting healing, and supporting growth. With my extensive training and expertise, I primarily employ CBT, CPT, TF-CBT, and mindfulness techniques to address each client's unique needs.
