I come from a strengths based approach; aiming it to feel like an interactive, skills building, insight gaining experience—not just a passive hour of conversation.
The first session is about getting to know you and where you come from, are currently, and hope to go. I will ask questions along the way to understand you better and to set a foundation built on trust and non-judgement moving forward.
