Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help women and neurodivergent individuals who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients struggle with people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling lost in their roles as partners, parents, or professionals. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in attachment theory and trauma-informed care. I believe that lasting change happens through safety and connection, and I work to create a space where you can explore your patterns, feel truly seen, and build a life that actually feels good to live in.

My approach to therapy

I bring both clinical knowledge and lived experience to the therapy space—I know what it’s like to feel like you’re doing everything for everyone else and still feel like it’s not enough. Therapy with me is compassionate, sometimes humorous, and always real. I’m passionate about making therapy accessible and relatable, especially for women and neurodivergent clients who may not have felt understood in other settings.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to get out of it. I’ll ask some questions to get a sense of your history and current challenges, but we’ll move at your pace. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, explore your goals, and decide together if it feels like a good fit.
