Great to meet you!

After studying psychology and social work, I began providing school-based therapy to youth & young adults with concerns such as anxiety, depression, identity exploration, self-esteem/body image issues & trauma, as well as substance use issues. Since 2015, I've worked closely with parents/guardians, family members, & other supports such as school staff, social services, & juvenile justice to help promote overall wellness. In 2023 I began my private practice serving adolescents and adults.

My approach to therapy

I value a strengths-based approach in meeting folks wherever they are in pursuing growth & recovery. I believe we all thrive in open & authentic relationships & it is important to accept people as they are. True healing is fostered through trusting relationships without judgment or shame. I use an open-minded, relaxed, and eclectic approach while collaborating with clients to help them identify their needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Through our work together, I hope to foster a strong therapeutic relationship in which clients can gain a secure sense of self, strengthen their support network, and reconnect with their inner strengths, offering guidance and strategies to meet their needs. Clients can expect a relaxed session experience that allows for genuine connection and communication.
