Great to meet you!

Alongside my clinical training as an LCSW and over 12 years in private practice, I bring lived experience of navigating trauma, profound loss, and major life transitions. This includes understanding the impact of relational trauma, grief following suicide loss, pregnancy loss, divorce, and the destabilizing effects of sudden disruption. These experiences inform my work not by replacing clinical care, but by deepening my attunement, compassion, and respect for each client’s pace and nervous system.

My approach to therapy

I offer a space that honors both evidence-based therapy and the deeper layers of healing with holistic modalities and a client-centered approach. Together, we can create a supportive space to explore what’s been holding you back and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected.

What you can expect from me

If you are struggling with a difficult life transition, depression, anxiety, or trauma, I am here to help. I pride myself on guiding and supporting individuals and families. I know it can be scary to ask for help but, my primary goal is to meet you where you are without posing any judgment. This allows freedom for discovery, hope, and fulfillment by establishing healthy thinking, healthy feeling, and healthy behaving.
