Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with appear capable and responsible on the outside, yet privately feel unsettled or exhausted from holding everything together. You may find yourself repeating patterns you thought you outgrew, feeling disconnected from yourself, or unsure why things that “should” be working still feel off.

Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It is about slowing down enough to understand what is happening beneath the surface and making space for clarity, steadiness, and self-trust to develop over time. My work centers on the relationship we build together, creating a space where you can explore what feels true for you and what may no longer fit. I work with adolescents and adults and am licensed to practice in both North Carolina and Colorado.

My approach to therapy

My work centers on trust. The relationship is the foundation. When there is enough safety, we can explore what feels true for you right now and what no longer fits. I am not here to push you toward a version of yourself you think you should become. I am here to help you reconnect with your own clarity so that growth feels natural and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

I know therapy can feel intimidating, especially at the beginning. First sessions can feel vulnerable or overwhelming. My focus is simply to open the door to conversation. You do not need to arrive with your story neatly organized or perfectly explained. You only need to show up. This is a space where you are deserving of being heard, and we can take whatever time is needed to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
