Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides individual therapy using a strengths-based and client-centered approach. I have spent the past six years working as a School Social Worker with middle school students experiencing symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and Autism. I practice with cultural humility and strive to meet clients where they are, creating a supportive and welcoming space for people of all backgrounds. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, respected, and able to show up as their authentic self.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strengths-based and grounded in cultural humility, recognizing that every person carries resilience, wisdom, and unique life experiences. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where all individuals feel welcome and respected. Together, we work at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on your strengths while navigating life’s challenges and working toward meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

Our work together typically begins with an introductory session where you can share a bit about your experiences and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. This first meeting is also a chance for us to start getting to know each other and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. I aim to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable being open, honest, and vulnerable while also feeling supported and safe. From there, we’ll continue building on those goals in future sessions and work together toward the changes and growth you’re hoping for.
