Great to meet you!

I work with teens and adults who may be struggling with mental health & athletics, life transitions, identity exploration, relationships, trauma symptoms, career exploration, nervous system regulation, substance abuse and stress management. If you are finding it difficult to manage your emotions, uncertain about the next steps in your life, feeling confident in yourself, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental and solution focused space where you can share your story openly and receive the proper tools towards inner healing and growth. As a former gymnast, I can relate to the pressures that come from athletics and will work with you to develop the skills needed to reach your full potential.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, affirming, and grounded in helping clients create meaningful and sustainable change. I believe every person has strengths that can be built upon, even during life's most difficult seasons. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mind-Body somatic techniques, mindfulness skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Positive Psychology, and trauma-informed approaches to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. Therapy is designed to help you understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, build healthier relationships, and develop practical strategies that support long-term growth and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you can openly discuss challenges while feeling safe enough to grow and heal. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that help you move forward with confidence. Through therapy, you may experience reduced anxiety and stress, improved emotional regulation, healthier relationships, stronger self-esteem, increased resilience, and a greater sense of balance and purpose. My goal is to help you feel empowered to navigate life's challenges and create lasting positive change.
