Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm so glad you're here!

I am a licensed clinical social worker. I received my mater's degree from Stony Brook University in New York.

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, postpartum concerns, family and relationship challenges, life transitions, divorce, and other emotional and behavioral difficulties.

I believe that therapy works best when you feel heard, understood and accepted.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every person has unique strengths, and I take a collaborative, compassionate approach to help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Together, we will identify your strengths and build practical coping skills. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you every step of the way on your journey toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and get to know you at your own pace. We'll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from our work together.
