Great to meet you!

Hello there! I am a board-certified counselor in Oregon and hold a Master of Counseling degree from Oregon State University. Therapy can be hard work, but that doesn't mean we can't laugh along the way- I'm a firm believer that humor and healing can share the same room.

My approach to therapy

As a provider, I strive to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where you feel hear and understood. Because every person and family is unique, we'll work together to build strengths and find strategies that fit your goals and needs.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will explore your therapeutic goals, a little of how you got here and where you want to go. We will establish our working relationship and make a plan together.
