Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Ke-Anna and I can't wait to work with you!! I have been fortunate enough to work within the mental health field for almost 11 years now, with a wide range of experience. The amount of gratitude I have by serving so many communities within this field, is my reward. My Bachelor's degree is in Psychology from University of Tennessee and I also have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Mississippi College. I am hopeful that your experience while working with me, will be focused specifically on you as an individual, as this is YOUR treatment. Through my direct, supportive and solution focused approach to therapy, I am happy to be here to help you navigate, better cope and manage.

My approach to therapy

I encourage all of my clients to know that this is a safe space that we will collaboratively create together, in an effort to explore and grow. I have traditionally used CBT, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, ERP and other modalities, to best meet my clients' needs.

What you can expect from me

I recognize that the thought of therapy alone can sometimes be anxiety inducing. My intention is to see what brings you to treatment, goals you would like to work towards, give you an opportunity to see if we are compatible, discuss next steps in treatment. This first session will be a no judgement zone, where we can get a chance to know each other a bit and you can feel free to ask questions that come to your mind.
