Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about helping individuals, adolescents, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, empathy, and practical support.

I believe that everyone deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can openly share their experiences and feel genuinely heard. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, or major life transitions, I am here to help you gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative and personalized because I understand that every person’s journey is unique. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, work through obstacles, and develop healthy coping strategies that support long-term emotional wellness.

My goal is not only to help you feel better but to help you build the confidence and tools needed to continue thriving outside of therapy.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a collaborative partnership where you feel supported, respected, and empowered throughout the healing process. I meet clients where they are emotionally while providing gentle guidance toward meaningful and lasting change. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness techniques. I tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and life experiences.

Together we will:

• Identify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors

• Develop healthy coping skills

• Improve communication and relationships

• Increase emotional awareness and regulation

• Build self-confidence and resilience

• Work toward realistic and meaningful goals

I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe enough to be vulnerable while also feeling challenged to grow.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and that’s completely understandable. My goal is to make your first session feel welcoming, comfortable, and free from judgment.

During our first appointment, we’ll spend time getting to know one another. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, relationships, and what brought you to therapy. We’ll also discuss your goals and what you hope to gain from our work together.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. We will work together to identify priorities and develop a treatment plan that fits your needs and pace.

By the end of our first session, you can expect to have:

• A better understanding of the therapy process

• Clearly identified treatment goals

• A collaborative plan moving forward

• A safe space where you feel heard, respected, and supported

Therapy is a journey, and I look forward to partnering with you every step of the way.
