Great to meet you!

Working the last three years in Mental Health and addiction, I have learned to motivate people to develop a plan to change their lives. My experience is working with adolescents, young and older adults who approach struggles differently. Each person's culture has sculptured their beliefs and how they face new challenges. By collaborating with individuals, the focus is to help them gain personal growth. Sometimes it may be difficult to share your struggles with a stranger. It is good to have someone to listen to and support us through the process.

My approach to therapy

I offered a humanistic approach, focusing on the person as a whole, and unique individual. I work with people experiencing a wide range of concerns such as addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief and loss.

What you can expect from me

The goal is to assist the client with identifying unresolved issues. This can be accomplished by creating a comfortable environment to help with exploring personal concerns and struggles. This environment is non-judgmental and allows a safe place to share.
