Great to meet you!

I'm a proud native of Maryland's Eastern Shore and a mom to four amazing sons who keep life full of energy and love. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, relaxing at the beach, and exploring new places whenever I can.

Before stepping into the mental health field, I spent years as a primary care provider, where I saw firsthand how deeply connected our physical and mental health really are. That experience sparked a passion in me to help bridge that gap—and that’s what led me here. What keeps me going are the moments when I see someone start to feel whole again—the smile that comes from feeling seen, supported, and more in tune with both mind and body.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is fluid and tailored to each individual—I believe there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to healing and growth. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected. My style is warm, welcoming, and grounded in deep listening. I honor each person’s unique journey and work collaboratively to explore challenges, build resilience, and support meaningful change. Whether you're navigating a life transition, processing past experiences, or simply seeking a space to reflect, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to feel heard, respected, and supported—no judgment, just a space where you can be yourself. We'll go at your pace, talk about what matters to you, and work through things as they come up. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and find new ways to cope with whatever life’s throwing your way. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk things through with, I’m here to walk alongside you and help you figure it out.
