Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Holistic Mental Health Therapist with over five years of experience in the helping profession. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. My passion is helping people who are at a turning point in their lives and ready to step into a new level of healing, growth, and expansion. Whether you’re a new parent adjusting to motherhood, exploring your identity, healing from heartbreak, or uncovering childhood wounds, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll use holistic, heart-centered approaches to help you reconnect with yourself and create the path that feels most aligned for this season of your life.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as sacred work; a deeply intentional space where healing, awareness, and transformation unfold. I enter each session with presence, openness, and compassion, holding a judgment-free space where clients can safely explore the most tender parts of themselves. While I have developed healing abilities through my training and personal journey, I don’t see myself as a healer or fixer. Instead, I see myself as a catalyst, supporting clients in reconnecting with the innate wisdom and healing power that already exists within them. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk beside you as a mental health guide, helping you identify and align with what I call “your life worth living.”

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a calm and welcoming space. You’ll be invited to share your intentions for therapy and what has brought you to this point in your journey. It’s also a time for you to ask me questions about my experience, approach, and perspective so you can feel confident about the process. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience, and neither are therapists. This initial session allows us both to ensure that we feel comfortable, aligned, and ready to move forward together in building a supportive therapeutic relationship.
