Great to meet you!

I provide focused, results-oriented psychotherapy for individuals who are functioning well externally but continue to experience anxiety, burnout, or persistent internal patterns and external behaviors that don’t fully resolve.

Many of my clients have already completed therapy and are looking for a more effective approach—one that goes beyond insight to address the underlying drivers of their thinking, feelings, and responses.

I am proudly LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming, and I work with individuals across a range of identities and life experiences, with an emphasis on creating a space that is both grounded and respectful of who you are.

My work is best suited for clients who are motivated, self-aware, and ready to engage in a focused, change-oriented process.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates EMDR (certified in EMDR and also advanced EMDR 2.0), hypnotherapy, and other evidence-based methods to work at both the subconscious and nervous system levels.

Rather than focusing only on insight or symptom management, we work to identify and shift the underlying patterns driving anxiety, unhelpful behaviors, stress, burnout, and recurring emotional responses.

This includes addressing how past experiences, conditioning, and internalized patterns continue to influence present-day functioning..and resolving them at the core.

The goal is not just to understand what’s happening—but to create meaningful, lasting change in how you think, feel, and respond.

What you can expect from me

The first session is structured and focused. We’ll clarify what’s bringing you in, what you’ve already tried, and what hasn’t worked.

I’ll ask targeted questions to understand patterns, history, and current challenges, and begin identifying where we can work most effectively.

You can expect a direct, thoughtful conversation—not just a surface-level intake. Many clients leave the first session with a clearer understanding of what’s been keeping them stuck and how we’ll approach change moving forward.
