Great to meet you!

I provide focused, results-oriented psychotherapy that helps uncover and address the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal isn't simply to help you cope better; it's to help you understand and shift what's driving the problem so you can respond differently in your daily life.

Many of my clients appear to have it all together on the outside—a successful career, healthy relationships, and the ability to meet life's demands—but internally they're living with anxiety, burnout, chronic stress, or thinking and behavioral patterns that continue to disrupt their lives. They often tell me they've spent years understanding why they struggle, yet still find themselves reacting the same way.

If that sounds familiar, you're not alone.

Many of the people I work with have been to therapy before and are looking for something different—an approach that goes beyond insight and helps create meaningful, lasting change.

I proudly provide LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming care, and I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and identities. My practice is built on creating a space where you feel respected, understood, and able to do meaningful work at your pace.

I also have expertise and great success with IBS and other chronic conditions.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates EMDR (including advanced EMDR 2.0), somatic healing, parts integration, clinical hypnotherapy, and other evidence-based therapies to work with both the nervous system and subconscious processes that can keep old patterns in place.

Together, we'll explore how experiences, learned beliefs, and longstanding emotional responses continue to influence your present—and work toward resolving those patterns at their source. This is a deeper level of healing.

This work is especially well suited for people who are insightful, motivated, and ready to move beyond simply talking about their challenges. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or recurring relationship patterns, therapy is focused on helping you create lasting change—not just temporary relief.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is intentional and collaborative. We'll explore what's bringing you in, what you've already tried, what's helped, and where you've continued to feel stuck. I'll ask thoughtful questions about your history, relationships, and current challenges to identify the patterns that matter most.

Rather than a routine intake, our first session is designed to give us a meaningful understanding of what's happened in your past, since it all impacts the present. We'll then begin to develop a focused treatment plan. Many clients leave with greater clarity about why their patterns have persisted and a clear sense of how we'll work together toward lasting change.
