Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker and certified perinatal mental health practioner who specializes in supporting mothers, fathers, parent(s) and families through pregnancy, postpartum, and the early years of parenthood. With five years in community mental health and my own experience as a mom of two, I know how joyful and overwhelming this season can be. My goal is to offer a warm, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, find your footing, and build the support you need.

My approach to therapy

I provide warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental care, meeting each client where they are and treating them as the expert on their own life. I specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting mothers, fathers, couples, and extended family through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood. My work is grounded in an attachment-based framework and draws primarily on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), integrating CBT, DBT, EMDR, IPT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method as each client needs. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy with me begins with getting to know you and building a comfortable, trusting connection. If you're pregnant, we'll explore how you're feeling about your pregnancy, including any hopes, worries, or mixed emotions. We'll also talk about your relationship with your baby, your partner, and the other caregivers in your life, and how each is shaping this season. From there, we'll identify where you need the most support and begin setting goals together. We'll close with a brief assessment, including screenings for mood, anxiety, and overall well-being during pregnancy or postpartum.
