Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kelini, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who believes therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you should have everything figured out.

I earned my Master’s from McDaniel College and have developed my clinical experience working with individuals navigating a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. My professional background includes supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, major life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and the emotional impact of unhealthy or difficult relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, honest, and collaborative. I believe you know yourself and your life best, and my role is to help you better understand your experiences, identify patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and make meaningful changes.

I incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s individual needs, goals, and personality. Therapy with me is not about simply telling you what you should do. Instead, we’ll work together to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and identify practical ways to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

You don’t need to know exactly what to say or have a clearly defined goal before starting therapy. Sometimes you simply know that something isn’t working anymore and you want help figuring out why.

My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and supported while also being challenged when necessary. I’ll meet you with compassion while helping you recognize patterns, consider different perspectives, and take meaningful steps toward the life and relationships you want.

Whether you’re struggling with something that has been weighing on you for years or you’re currently going through a difficult season, therapy can be a place to pause, process, and reconnect with yourself.

If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
