Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Kelley Kramer, a licensed professional counselor serving adults in Texas, Ohio, and Michigan. I help people work through anxiety, life transitions, relationship struggles, chronic stress, and mind-body symptoms using Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, CBT, and somatic approaches. My style is warm, collaborative, and curious, helping clients better understand the patterns that keep them stuck and reconnect with their strengths. For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling that thoughtfully integrates faith into the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

I believe lasting change happens when we approach ourselves with curiosity rather than judgment. My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and integrates mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mind-body approaches to help clients better understand their emotions, patterns, and stress responses.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, chronic stress, and mind-body symptoms. Together, we'll identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical tools for coping, and build greater self-awareness and resilience.

My style is warm, collaborative, and holistic. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, gain insight, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling that thoughtfully integrates faith into the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and goals so I can better understand your unique situation.

We'll also talk about what you hope to gain from therapy and begin identifying patterns, challenges, and strengths that may be influencing your experience. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. By the end of the session, we'll have a clearer understanding of your needs and begin developing a plan for moving forward.
