Great to meet you!

I work with individuals across the lifespan, from young children to adults, with a special focus on supporting women navigating emotional, post-separation, & narcissistic abuse. I also support parents who may feel overwhelmed or uncertain, particularly during life transitions or co-parenting challenges, or who have children struggling with mental health or behavioral issues (including those involved with Probation or CPS). In addition, I work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, & a wide range of mental health issues for those seeking clarity, support, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I offer a personalized, collaborative approach to therapy tailored to your unique needs and goals. I am trained in EMDR and integrate it when appropriate, always prioritizing comfort and readiness. Clients often describe me as warm, relatable, and genuine, and I value creating a supportive space where you feel heard and understood.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll focus on getting to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what your goals are. Tell me your background, your strengths, your challenges, what you've tried in the past. We'll work on figuring out what issues are most important for you to work on, while also helping me understand your life, your background, and the things that are most important to you.
