Great to meet you!

I am solution focused, warm, and caring. My clients open up to me because I help them feel safe. I have been where you are, and I will not ask you to do anything I have not done myself. I understand how hard the first step can be and I want you to know I am proud of you. I have been working in the mental health field for 12 years and I love helping my clients heal and discover the best version of themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person centered. I believe we all get stuck in a box sometimes and when we are in the box all we see is four walls around us. My job is to come along and turn your box upside down and offer you strategies, resources, and coping skills to help you see a different perspective.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to take away a better understanding of what they are struggling with and how to manage or cope with it better. They will also be provided with resources, strategies, and coping skills and knowledge of their self-sabotaging behaviors and patterns as well as their attachment style.
