Great to meet you!

I started Phoenix Rising Behavioral Health services, to create a safe confidential space where people could connect with their therapist, feel heard and validated. I provide a warm approach with compassion and a trusting connection, emotional support, encouragement with guidance along your journey of self-discovery and healing. Giving others hope that a better quality of life is possible.

My approach to therapy

My approach starts by listening and really understanding you as a person. What your needs are and how what you are experiencing affects you daily or in your life in general. I utilize CBT, DBT, TFCBT techniques, trauma focused, motivational interviewing and mindfulness. We work together to build from your strengths and increase your coping abilities to better manage the challenges in your life.

What you can expect from me

Due to the safe space and trusting relationships that have been built, I have found that the large majority of individuals that have been in therapy have found success in improving the quality of their life and being able to manage many of these challenges on their own once they have completed therapy.
