Great to meet you!

As a licensed health psychologist, I believe the mind-body connection is a core aspect of mental health. I’ve been practicing for 10 years, and my focus is treating female clients aged 15+ who are struggling with challenges like anxiety, depression, work stress, and cultural stress. I also have training in body image, eating disorders, postpartum, and diabetes management. Reaching out is the hardest part. You've made it this far, so keep going and schedule an appointment today!

My approach to therapy

I believe that in the right environment everyone can flourish. I cultivate that environment in every session by showing up curious, collaborative, and engaged. Once we decide to work together, we’ll work together to map out a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific goals and values. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you at every step!

What you can expect from me

I'm a relational therapist which means that our sessions will feel like a warm conversation where you share your concerns, gain insights, and focus on your growth. I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll give me the rundown on who you are and what's been challenging. We'll work together to identify your goals for therapy and those serve as milemarkers. Each session thereafter will focus on the current events of your life, working towards your goals, and celebrating your wins!
