Great to meet you!

Our first visit is about getting to know you—not rushing through a checklist. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what matters most to you, and what you’re hoping will feel different.

My goal is to create a warm, respectful, and supportive space where you feel truly heard and comfortable being involved in your care. I’ll take time to listen, answer your questions, and explain your psychiatric evaluation and medication options in a way that feels clear and easy to understand.

Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that fits your needs, preferences, and everyday life. As we continue working together, we’ll check in regularly, celebrate progress, address concerns, and adjust your plan as needed. Your care is a partnership, and I want you to feel supported every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, compassionate, and centered around you as a whole person—not just a diagnosis. I take time to listen, understand what you’re experiencing, and learn what matters most to you.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide thoughtful psychiatric evaluations, medication management, education, and ongoing support in a way that feels collaborative and respectful. I believe you should feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and being actively involved in decisions about your treatment.

My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, informed, and supported as we work together toward meaningful and realistic goals for your mental health and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and simply being here means you’ve already taken an important one. You do not need to have everything figured out, know exactly what to say, or come in with a diagnosis.

During our first session, we’ll take time to talk about what has been going on, what has been weighing on you, and what you would like to feel differently. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can be yourself, ask questions, and feel truly heard.

We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and together we’ll begin creating a plan that supports your needs and goals. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you take the next step toward feeling more balanced, supported, and more like yourself again.
