Great to meet you!

I am a seasoned Mental Health Counselor with over 30 years of experience supporting people with mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, and neuropsychological disorders. I am deeply committed to helping individuals toward emotional well-being and personal growth.

I have experience working with people of all ages and specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship, parenting issues and neurodivergent populations. I utilize a combination of therapeutic modalities, mindfulness and wellness practices, and psychoeducation tailored to meet an individual’s unique needs.

I believe that every person has the potential for growth and healing, and is honored to be a part of that process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I work collaboratively with clients to explore their concerns, identify goals, and develop effective coping strategies that foster resilience and healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you will be warmly greeted and I will give a brief explanation of my role, confidentiality and answer any questions that you have. Following that, I like to hear more about you so that together we can work on what is important to you and your overall wellness.
