Great to meet you!

Women who work with me often say they feel genuinely seen and supported from the very beginning. I show up with empathy, curiosity, and a calm, grounded presence, and I’m committed to creating a space where you can speak freely without fear of judgment. I take the time to understand your unique story and tailor therapy to what feels most meaningful and helpful for you.

I believe deeply in collaboration, transparency, and empowerment. You’ll always know that you have a voice in the process, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, build insight, and create lasting change that supports your well‐being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each woman I work with. I create a safe, non‐judgmental space where you can explore your experiences openly and at your own pace. I draw from a blend of evidence‐based modalities and adapt them to what feels most supportive for you. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you can share what feels comfortable at your own pace. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what support looks like for you right now. I’ll explain how therapy works and answer any questions you may have. By the end, we’ll have a clearer sense of your goals and how we can move forward together.
