Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of North Carolina. I am also a veteran of the US Army and very aware of the challenges experienced by veterans, military members, and their families.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on the unique needs of my clients. However, the most dominant therapeutic approach that I currently use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
