Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kelly (she/her), LCSW — therapist, human, and proud fan of all things a little offbeat.

My therapy style is laid-back, collaborative, and free of clinical jargon. No stiff couches or judgment here—just real conversations, curiosity, and practical tools to help you move through the hard stuff. Therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. (Yes, we can cry and laugh in the same session. It happens.)

My approach to therapy

To quote Mean Girls "I wish I could bake a cake filled with rainbows and smiles and everyone would eat and be happy." But... sometimes therapy looks like working through a lot of bullshit. I work best with people who want a space to be fully themselves—quirks, passions, fandoms and all. You’re safe and seen with me - and I’m not here to change you. Instead, we’ll focus on what you want to shift—like relationship struggles, shame spirals, or frustrating thought patterns. I will provide a sincere support, while also making sure to call out things that may be holding you back.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in chemical dependency, ADHD, personality disorders, and trauma. My approach is eclectic, pulling from person-centered therapy, DBT, attachment work, and polyvagal theory. I am EMDR trained. I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming and passionate about creating a space where you feel respected and empowered.
