Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about walking alongside my clients in their healing journey and creating a space where they feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD, and major life transitions, including end-of-life concerns.

My background includes training in trauma-informed care and evidence-based approaches, allowing me to support clients across the lifespan with compassion and skill. I work with individuals, families, and women facing challenges related to relationships, stress, and emotional regulation.

My approach to therapy

My approach is personalized and collaborative no two clients are the same, and therapy shouldn’t be either. I integrate trauma-informed and evidence-based modalities such as CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, somatic therapy, and attachment-based work.

I focus on helping clients build awareness, develop practical coping skills, and process experiences at a pace that feels safe. My goal is to provide both insight and tools you can use in your everyday life, not just during sessions.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to slow down and feel comfortable. I focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where you can share at your own pace without pressure.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and begin identifying goals together. You can expect a collaborative, client-led experience where you feel encouraged, respected, and supported from the very beginning.
