Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Kelly and my goal is to provide you unconditional support while you navigate through the challenges and changes that life brings. I am here to provide you a place to talk about your struggles, challenges and successes.

My approach to therapy

I use a direct style in my sessions, but I enjoy using humor as well to process emotions, thoughts and feelings. I specialize in treating folks struggling with grief and loss, personality disorders, addiction, stress management, codependency, anxiety and depression.

What you can expect from me

I enjoy meeting clients where they are at. When setting goals, my focus is on discussing with each client what they would like to gain from engaging in therapy and what approach might work for them best. Each client is their own individual and they each require their own respective approach.
