Great to meet you!

Welcome. Taking the first step toward support is not always easy, and I’m glad you’re here.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Delaware and Pennsylvania, and I’ve been working in mental health since 2007. My background includes inpatient and outpatient therapy, drug and alcohol treatment, correctional settings, foster care, and work with children and families. This diverse experience allows me to approach each person with understanding, flexibility, and care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is individualized, trauma-focused, and nonjudgmental. I provide a warm, empathetic space where clients feel supported and empowered to explore their experiences and goals. I use evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and incorporate Motivational Interviewing to support meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

The first session focuses on intake and collaboration. Clients have space to talk about what feels most important and pressing, while we explore goals and the therapy process. We will discuss what has and has not worked for you in the past, and begin shaping an approach that feels supportive, effective, and aligned with your needs.
