Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist experienced in supporting individuals of all ages in enhancing their mental and emotional well-being. My therapy approach is grounded in authenticity and empathy, fostering a safe and collaborative space where clients can explore their vulnerabilities and build lasting resilience.

My approach to therapy

I believe in clients' capacity for growth and approach therapy with openness and curiosity. Using Person-Centered (and trauma-informed theories, as needed), I help clients process trauma, build resilience, and achieve emotional growth. I offer a supportive, safe space for self-actualization and work collaboratively to enhance awareness and overcome barriers to their goals.

What you can expect from me

I create a safe, empowering space that respects cultural and systemic factors, acknowledging each client’s unique intersectionality. I aim to offer a nonjudgmental environment where you can explore self-discovery, healing, and fulfillment.
