Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Imago Relationship Therapy. I specialize in helping individuals better understand themselves — their patterns, their responses, and what drives the way they move through the world. I work with clients to build self-awareness, and improve emotional self-regulation. I know reaching out for help isn't always easy, which is why I offer a free phone consultation so you can get a feel for whether my approach is the right fit for you and your goals.

My approach to therapy

My work is rooted in helping you explore your inner world — the beliefs, experiences, and wounds that shape who you are and how you show up in life. Using the Imago framework as a foundation, I help clients develop greater self-awareness, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and build the skills to create the life and connections you want. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to change, therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and grow.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you — your story, what's brought you to therapy, and what you're hoping to work toward. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. You can expect a calm, supportive environment where you feel free to speak openly and honestly. By the end of our first meeting, we'll have a clearer sense of direction and what our work together might look like going forward.
